Really poor customer service tried to close my account with online chat but they said I had to email. 20 emails and 1 week later still no reply.customer online chat apparently can't close the account but said they will inform the 'appropriate team' 10 times.still my account is open!!!

Isobel in vip customer service is on point , she is very friendly and responds to questions and requests fast and she either solves the issue or make the customer feel appreciated!
