Apparently they get 90 days to process your winnings.. currently have two redemptions thats been pending since November 1st. Only 2 stars since people claimed they did get paid after about 2 months. Maybe ill update it when I get paid im coming up on the second month and still nothing. Unbelievable they dont tell you anything until you go to support then they'll give you the "we have 90 days. I know your eager for your money". Pretty bogus, but ill read reviews before I dump money into casinos thinking a caught a good bonus.

I wldnt waiste my time even trying g to play thru them thir first problem I had with them was withdrawing my winnings now I tried it 1 more time and they took my money on a deposit they took 30 dollars of my money when I first started playing with them it done real good but now has went to shit I wldnt waiste my time.

Support is quick and thorough. Straight to the point. Almost instant response every time I had an issue Overall I give them 5 stars easily. Only thing I think they could improve on is maybe a little bit faster withdrawal time but either way it’s quick and easy
